Search Queries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is sent to the third-party company that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
Messages sent by email or through a contact form may be retained so we can respond. We do not share those messages outside the organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Automatic Technical Data
Like most websites, the site may receive basic technical details when a page loads. Those details can include:
